EXTERIOR

A short path and two wooden steps lead you from the road onto to the gated caravan sundeck. The solid wooden decking to the front and side provides panoramic views down to Goodrington Beach and Torbay - ideal for sitting out and enjoying coffee, brunch or simply taking in the sun. A patio table and chairs with parasol are supplied. There are convenient parking spaces opposite this caravan.

INTERIOR

Lounge
The airy open lounge comprises a dining area with 4 chairs, two settees, one of which converts into a bed if required, coffee table and a cosy fireplace with flame effect fire (variable warm air heating).

Entertainment is provided by a Flat screen tv with Freeview and built in Dvd,

Kitchen
The bright u shaped kitchen has an electric cooker and grill, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and a full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Shower
The shower room contains a large built in shower cubicle with hot and cold wate and a large wash basin with mirror. Electric panel heater

W.C.
This separate compartment contains toilet, wash basin with mirror.

Bedroom 1
The main bedroom contains a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a dressing table, a full size wardrobe and wall cupboards, shaving point and an electric panel heater.

Bedroom 2
This smaller bedroom contains two single beds, a bedside cabinet, single wardrobe, wall cupboards and an electric panel heater.
