Exterior
A flat concrete path leads directly from the level car park onto the large rear Sundeck .F58 also boasts a front deck with sea views. The deck is secured by a wooden Gate
INTERIOR
Lounge
The airy open lounge has a high pitched ceiling to enhance the feeling of spaciousness. There is wrap around seating to stretch out on, coffee table and a coal effect fire.
Entertainment is provided by a colour TV with Freeview,
The separate dining area is opposite the kitchen has wrap around seating and a stool.
Kitchen
The u shaped kitchen faces the dining area with an electric cooker and grill, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and a full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Shower
There is a full shower unit with wash basin with mirror .Heated panel
Toilet
The separate toilet room with wash basint is off the main corridor.
Bedroom 1
The main bedroom contains a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a dressing table, full size wardrobes and wall cupboards and a fitted blow heater.

This bedroom contains two single beds, a bedside cabinet, a single wardrobe, wall cupboards and a fitted blow heater.
