EXTERIOR

A short flight of steps down from the level car park leads onto to the large 8ft. caravan sundeck. The solid wooden decking to the front and full length provides panoramic views down to Goodrington Beach and Torbay - ideal for sitting out and enjoying coffee, brunch or simply taking in the sun. A patio table with canopy is supplied together with 4 chairs and 2 adjustable relaxer chairs. There is an adjacent parking space.

INTERIOR

Lounge
The spacious feel of this caravan is enhanced by the high pitched ceiling and the glass sided porch looking into the lounge and dining area where the front windows give a lovely view across Torbay. There is a dining area with 4 chairs, wrap around family seating which converts into a bed if required, coffee table and an electric fire.

Entertainment is provided by a 21" colour TV with recordable Freeview, so no need to miss your favourite programs while you are out and about enjoying your holiday.

Kitchen
The kitchen faces the dining area with an electric cooker and grill, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and a full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Shower
This room has a large shower, toilet, wash basin with mirror and an interconnecting door to the double bedroom which can be used as an en-suite if required.

Bedroom 1
A feature of this holiday home is 12 ft. wide main bedroom which contains a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a dressing table, full size wardrobes and wall cupboards and an electric panel heater.
