EXTERIOR

A short flight of steps leads onto to the large 8ft.wide full length solid wooden decking to the side of the caravan,secured by a gate,which provides views down to Goodrington Beach and Torbay - ideal for sitting out and enjoying coffee, brunch or simply taking in the sun. A patio table, chairs and parasol are supplid. There is parking space at the rear of the caravan..

INTERIOR

Lounge
The spacious feel of this caravan is enhanced by the high pitched ceiling and the feature glass sided porch looking into the lounge and dining area where the front windows give a lovely view across Torbay. There is a dining area with 4 chairs, wrap around family seating which converts into a bed if required, coffee table and an electric fire.

Entertainment is provided by a colour TV with Freeview

Kitchen
The kitchen faces the dining area with an electric cooker and grill, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and a full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Shower
This room has a large shower, toilet, wash basin with mirror and an interconnecting door to the double bedroom which can be used as an en-suite if required.

Bedroom 1
A feature of this holiday home is 12 ft. wide main bedroom which contains a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a dressing table, full size wardrobes and wall cupboards and an electric panel heater.

Bedroom 2
This smaller bedroom contains two single beds, a bedside cabinet, a single wardrobe, wall cupboards and an electric panel heater.

N.B. Bed linen is not supplied with this caravan but can be hired from us, at time of booking, if required
