EXTERIOR

3 short steps down from the level car park leads onto to the 'L' shaped decking. A patio table with canopy is supplied together with 4 chairs and 2 adjustable relaxer chairs.

INTERIOR

Lounge
The airy open lounge has large front windows and enjoys lovely views across Torbay with a dining area with 4 chairs, 2 settees, one of which converts into a bed if required, coffee table and an electric fire with stylish surround.

Entertainment is provided by a 21" colour TV with recordable Freeview, so no need to miss your favourite programs while you are out and about enjoying your holiday.

Kitchen
The kitchen faces the dining area with an electric cooker and grill, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and a full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Shower
There is a full shower unit with wash basin with mirror and an interconnecting door to the double bedroom which can be used as an en-suite if required. The separate toilet compartment is off the main corridor.

Bedroom 1
The main bedroom contains a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a dressing table, full size wardrobes and wall cupboards and an electric panel heater.

Bedroom 2
