Just a couple of paces from the car Park and 3 steps lead onto the deck of F59. The front deck ,ideal for dining or sunbathing, gives sea views and is secured by a gate.

INTERIOR

Lounge 
The airy open lounge has a high pitched ceiling to enhance the feeling of spaciousness. There is wrap around seating to stretch out on,a coffee table and a coal effect fire. Entertainment is provided by a colour TV with Freeview.

The separate dining area is opposite the kitchen has wrap around seating and a stool.

Kitchen 
The u shaped kitchen faces the dining area with an electric cooker and grill, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and a full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

There is a full shower unit with wash basin with mirror and heated panel.
