Torbay Caravans provide caravan holidays and holiday homes in Paignton, Devon; situated within the Hoburne holiday park in Paignton with a range of facilities including heater outdoor pool, crazy golf, restaurant, ten pin bowling, licensed bar and amusement arcades . Torbay Caravans provide high quality caravans in a stunning location close to the beach and major local attractions such as Quaywest, Paignton Steam Railway and Paignton Zoo.
We are a family owned and managed business offering Holidays in independent static holiday homes on the award winning Hoburne Devon Bay Family Holiday Park in Paignton, South Devon.
For the 2020 Season we will operate approximately 15 caravans in our fleet; we give you a choice of competitively priced Holiday caravans to suit most preferences and budgets.
Bed Linen Hire is included in the Price for The lodge-L9,F42, E4 & F4-for all other caravans the bed linen is not included in the stated price but can be hired from us or guests may supply their own
3 pm, is normal check in time for a Saturday to Saturday booking.
10am is the normal check out time to allow us time to prepare our caravans for the incoming guests

No!To bring us in line with health and safety requirements and current good practice Smoking is not permitted in any of our caravans or in the Holiday Park buildings.
Goodrington Beach is a 15 minute pleasant stroll across the playing fields past the leisure Centre , or along Dartmouth Road past the village shops and down cliff park road
Goodrington Beach has fine sand and facilities including the Water Park, but you have a choice of beaches in the Torbay area and further afield in South Devon.Or alternatively a 5 minute Drive to the Beach car park.
You can book and pay for your caravan on line if you wish, or you can call us direct and we will process your booking for you. We can also accept payment by bank transfer or cheque.
Yes for your enjoyment there is a regular programme of entertainment through out the season with a resident group of entertainers, plus guest cabaret.
The actual content may vary with the time of the season.Yes, you can splash around in either the Indoor or the Outdoor Pool.
2 miles if travelling by car or taxi, Regular bus services stop on Dartmouth road by the shops about half a mile from the park.
There are many taxi companies also servicing the park.
Yes in certain caravans. We provide a range of differing shapes and sizes of caravans so not all main bedrooms can take a travel cot. However we can provide caravans where cots will fit into the main bedroom or the twin room where we can collapse one bed or a cot can be placed in the lounge.
Please check the individual caravan details for further information.Yes. The majority of our caravans are located close to the road and easy parking spaces. They are accessed via a couple of short steps.
We have a small number of caravans where access is either up a sloped ramp or straight from a flat concrete path. (Please see individual caravans for details).Regretfully we do not have a caravan which is classified as being adapted for use by individuals with disabilities.We do have caravans which are more easily accessible,via ramps.
Yes you have a choice; there is a small Supermarket on site, serving many items including fresh bread, hot croissants etc., newspapers, gifts and groceries
A small Co-op in the village on Dartmouth Road, together with newsagents, (lottery) post office, off licence and various take away, all about a 5 minute walk, from the Park. Also within a mile of the park you will find a Sainsbury’s, Asda , Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl (car recommended).
The Park complex has a Restaurant where you can order and eat family meals, an all-day cafeteria, plus a take away. Locally the waterside Inn on Dartmouth Road provides good pub grub, for families in a pleasant atmosphere.
There are Chinese takeaways and a kebab/burger takeaway opposite the Waterside, there are Fish and chip shops on the Dartmouth road, at 3 beaches and Broadsands, with the excellent Brixham fish and chip shop on Brixham Harbour. Plus many others in Paignton & Brixham & Torquay.Yes! You can grill your burgers and steaks on your barbecue if it is placed on grassy areas around the caravan, but barbeques cannot be placed on the plastic or wooden sun decks, decking steps, on patio furniture or close to the walls of the caravan or hedges.
We do ask guests to be Fire safety aware at all times when using a barbecue, especially if children are close.
