Access is by gradually descending concrete steps from the Car Park.

The lounge area is light and airy due to the effect of the large full length front windows.
Furniture includes a large wrap around sofa, scatter cushions and matching Pouffe, a long Coffee Table. A flat screen TV, and a modern wall mounted electric fire.
The separate Dining area boasts a modern cream dining Table and high backed comfortable chairs
The modern u shaped Kitchen boasts a gas cooker and hob, fridge Freezer, Microwave
Shower /Room contains, Shower,WC, handbasin mirror and storage.
The Main bedroom contains a King size bed, en-suite toilet. wall cupboards and dressing table with Mirror
