Exterior
Situated in an open sunny spot a short stroll from all the entertainment and pools, access is via a concrete Path from the Car Park to the steps at the rear of the Sundeck

INTERIOR
 The Lounge has a Modern Design, featuring French windows leading directly onto the Sundeck. Relax on the L shaped Sofa    Entertainment is provided through a large flat Screen Television and DVD Player. A flame effect lounge Fire takes the chill off those early spring or late summer evenings.
The separate Dining area to the rear of the lounge consists of a Dining table with 4 chairs
The fully equipped all electric Kitchen features cream doors with contrasting black work top. Appliances include a Fridge /Freezer, Full oven and Grill, Microwave, plus full crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The large Main Bedroom has a Double bed, an en-suite toilet, a dressing Table and ample Storage. Heating is by fitted and timed warm air blowers.

The Twin Bedrooms feature differing layouts.
Twin Bedroom 1 has 2 Single Beds aligned in an L shape, Wardrobe and wall cupboard. Heating is by variable timed warm air blowers

Twin Bedroom 2 has the single beds along one wall in a toe to toe configuration, Wardrobe and wall cupboard. Heating is by variable timed warm air blowers.
