EXTERIOR
Situated on a wooded sloping area a short stroll from all the entertainment and pools, this Unit has wide views across Clennon Valley from its Sun deck. Access is via a concrete Path from the Car Park round to the steps at the rear of the Sundeck
INTERIOR
the large, open Lounge has a Modern Design, featuring French windows leading directly onto the large Sundeck. Relax on the large comfortable L shaped Sofa    Entertainment is provided through a large flat Screen Television and DVD Player. A flame effect Fire compliments the warm air heating system to take the chill off those early spring or late summer evenings.
The separate Dining area to the rear of the lounge consists of a Dining table and 4 chairs.
The fully equipped all electric Kitchen features cream doors with contrasting black work top. Appliances include a Fridge /Freezer, Full oven and Grill, Microwave, plus full crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The large Main Bedroom has a King size bed, an en suite with Bath/Shower and toilet, a dressing Table and ample Storage
